Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The label applicator does not fit the bottle size

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival

Returns for any other reason are not accepted.


Return Window

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery


Product Condition

  • Product must be unused

  • Returned in original packaging

  • All parts and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required


Return Process

  • Customers must email savilaprofessional@gmail.com 

  • Order ID and photos/video of the issue are mandatory

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted


Return Shipping

  • For damaged products: return instructions will be provided after approval

  • For bottle size mismatch: return shipping may be borne by the customer


Refunds / Replacements

  • Approved returns may receive a replacement or refund

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection


Non-Returnable Cases

  • Used products

  • Wrong orders placed by customer

  • Change of mind

  • Discounted or sale items
